These Ginrin Karashigoi tosai originate from a refined Saito bloodline developed for strong body structure, steady growth, and stable yellow colouration. The defining feature of this group is the high-quality ginrin, which remains bright and evenly distributed as the fish develop.

Offered at tosai size, this release provides the opportunity to put your name on a fish being grown specifically to become a jumbo tosai, while securing it at today’s tosai price. All fish included will take part in a structured indoor grow-on before moving on later in the season.

Due to the consistency across the batch, fish are selected at random by our team. This approach allows the grow-on ponds to be managed correctly and ensures every customer receives an excellent example from the group.
