If you are leaving the Koi in our care for overwintering it is fully backed by a life guarantee. If the rare case that this is called upon we provide a full credit to your account to use against another Koi of your choosing.

If you plan to buy multiple fish to use the full box capacity then please choose the "Pay Shipping Later" option at checkout. We will then arrange your shipping manually.
